The Circle is a place to stop figuring it out alone.

What This Is

Six weeks. Six 90-minute live sessions. A small, carefully gathered group of women who are each standing at their own threshold — different stories, same courage.

This is not a course. There are no modules to complete or worksheets to fill out between sessions. There is no curriculum that assumes everyone needs the same thing.

What there is — is a space where the truth you’ve been carrying finally has somewhere to go. Where you are seen completely — not just the professional, but the whole person. And where what becomes possible on the other side of that honesty is entirely yours to claim.

What We Explore Together 


The work is different for every woman. The foundation is always the same. We begin by gathering the goods — the gifts, values, experiences, and deep knowing you already carry but may not fully see yet. From there we build toward clarity — a vision of the life and work you are actually called to, not the one that looks good on paper. And then we move — with honesty, with support, and with the confidence that comes from finally knowing what’s true. 

 
Every session is recorded
Available to all participants. Life happens — but showing up live is where the real work happens.
 
Direct voice access to Kathy
Between sessions, you have direct voice message access to Kathy — because the most important moments don’t always happen on Wednesdays at 3pm. Expect a response within 24 hours.

A Note From Kathy

The Circle is small by design. Every woman in it will be seen. Every story will matter. And what you find on the other side of these six weeks will be yours — not a version of someone else’s answer, but your own truth, finally claimed.
